1. Description of Service

ComfyRunner is a desktop application that enables you to create, manage, and execute AI workflows using ComfyUI. The service provides tools for generating and organizing workflow prompts, scheduling workflow execution, and managing your AI workflow projects. Some features may require a subscription plan.

2. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with ComfyRunner, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Keeping your email address up to date for important service communications
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You may not share your account credentials with others or use another person's account. Each account is intended for use by a single individual or organization.

3. Subscription and Billing

ComfyRunner offers subscription plans that provide access to additional features and workflow execution limits. All billing is handled through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee associated with your chosen plan
• Automatic renewal of your subscription at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• Price changes being applied to your next billing cycle after advance notice
• Payment processing through Stripe, which is subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, and your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ComfyRunner only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service to create, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws or regulations
• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks
• Create content that is defamatory, harassing, abusive, or harmful to others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the application
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to the service
• Use automated systems or scripts to abuse or circumvent service limitations
• Share your account credentials or attempt to access accounts belonging to others

Violation of these acceptable use policies may result in immediate termination of your account without refund and potential legal action.

5. Termination Rights

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and requesting account deletion. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity
• We are required to do so by law or regulation
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period

Upon termination, your access to the service will be immediately revoked. You may request deletion of your account data, subject to our data retention policies and legal obligations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComfyRunner and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any content generated or created using the service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Third-party conduct or content on the service
• Service interruptions or technical failures

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through a notice on the service. Your continued use of ComfyRunner after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
